Uncertainty can be unsettling, even scary. And many things in our world are unpredictable, or changing very quickly. Yet, God does not change, and His promises are firm. Rebecca Zhang unpacks this for us with stories about Cain, Abraham, and Kings Hezekiah and Solomon, and tells us why we can stand firm in our faith in an uncertain world.

Deborah is the only female prophet and judge mentioned in the Bible. She obeyed a message from God that resulted in the end of the Canaanite threat to Israel, although she was not a warrior or the one who delivered the final victory. Her heroism was in responding in faith to a call to do what she never expected.

Pastor Ryan’s sermon “Wherever You’re At” talks about times where people can say “Thank you!” to God for his grace. In times when we’re far away from faith or when we’re “stuck” in our faith journey even though we are still committed to Christ, God will brings us back if we cry out to him.
