• Rest is Good. This sermon is based on the 4th commandment, found in the Old Testament book of Exodus, chapter 20, verse 8. ( 出埃及 20:8-11):⁸ “要记住安息日，守为圣日。 ⁹ 你一周可工作六天， ¹⁰ 但第七天是你的上帝耶和华的安息日，这一天你和儿女、仆婢、牲畜及你那里的外族人不可做任何工。 ¹¹ 因为耶和华用六天造了天、地、海和其中的万物，第七天便休息了，所以耶和华赐福这日，把它定为圣日。
• Finding Contentment. This sermon is based on the 10th commandment, found in Exodus 20:17:  “不可贪恋别人的房屋，不可贪恋别人的妻子、仆婢、牛驴或其他任何物品。”
• To Tell the Truth. This sermon is based on the 9th Commandment, found in Exodus 20:16:  不 可 作 假 见 证 陷 害 人 。(CUVS) .  “我们大家都想听真话，真道理， 但是我们很少有人能在100%的时间里做到。”
