Finding Help in Regina

This page shows some of the places that help people in Regina. It is not a comprehensive list. It focuses on the groups that people in our congregation or our church as a whole have been involved with.

Break Free Outreach, a new ministry in North Central Regina, is now open! They have programs for men, women, kids, families, and the general public. Targeted sessions happen in the mornings and evenings, while afternoons are open to everyone. They welcome volunteers to serve coffee and visit with people, lead or help with a group session, or donate coffee supplies, ongoing support, or clothing. Healthy food is within reach! You can order a Good Food Box and pick it up in your neighbourhood every two weeks, saving 1/3-1/2 of the grocery store cost. Souls Harbour Rescue Mission provides emergency services, daily meals, men’s shelter, clothing, help for women struggling with addictions, and more, to anyone who needs it. Find out more on their website.

Good News Chapel in Regina is selling audio Bible speakers for people who struggle to read. They come with the English Standard Version Bible or a Children’s Bible, and are available in other languages as well. The cost is $26.50 and you can get one by calling 306-580-0112 or emailing info@goodnewschapel.ca.
