Our church is going to camp! We will be out at Katepwa Lake Camp from September 11-13, 2026.
The camp is for all ages, and people can sleep in their choice of a cabin or a room in the lodge, or a tent or camper if anyone wants to bring one.
There will be campfires both Friday and Saturday night. During the day there will be camp activities like hiking, canoeing, crafts, board games, lawn games, archery and zip line, swimming in the lake, and more. There will be prayer time, devotional time, singing (at the campfire), and our Sunday morning church service will be out at the camp too.
The cabins and the lodge have bunkbeds. You will need to bring your own bedding. Meals will be upstairs in the lodge, so you will need to be able to climb stairs. Both the lodge and the Turnbull Centre have bathrooms with showers.
Fees cover the camp rental, insurance, zip line and archery fees, and of course, meals. The amounts vary depending on which days you are there. Children aged 5-11 have a reduced rate, and children under 5 are free. Details are on the registration form.
You can register online or pick up a paper form in the sanctuary.
Payment is by cash, cheque, or e-transfer to arbcoffice@sasktel.net.
Directions to the camp are on the KLC website.
